Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all service engagements with Atharv Kotekar. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation by the Client

  • Before work begins: Full refund of any advance paid, less payment gateway transaction fees.
  • Within 48 hours of payment: Full refund processed within 5–7 business days if no deliverables have been provided.
  • After work has commenced: Billing for completed work on a pro-rated basis; any overpayment refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • After final delivery and acceptance: No refund available.

3. Non-Refundable Advance

The initial project advance (typically 30%–50%) is non-refundable once work has commenced, compensating for allocated time, research, and resource scheduling.

4. Cancellation by the Service Provider

In the event the Service Provider must cancel, a full refund of all payments made for unrendered work will be issued within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Process

  • Submit refund requests in writing to hello@atharvkotekar.com with project name and payment reference.
  • Eligible refunds processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Refunds credited to the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway transaction charges are non-refundable.

6. Disputes

For circumstances not explicitly covered, please contact hello@atharvkotekar.com. All disputes will be handled fairly and in good faith.
